These terms apply to your use of the DAAK website and to purchases made directly from the DAAK online store in India. By using the website or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or place an order.

This website is operated by Anvar Sadath Packada, a sole proprietor, trading as DAAK Pharmaceuticals ("DAAK", "we", "us"). DAAK Pharmaceuticals is the brand and trade name under which we sell.

2 Our products and product information
Our capsules and powders are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product information on this website is provided for general information and is taken from the product label. The label on the pack you receive is the final reference for ingredients, quantity, directions, cautions, batch, manufacture and expiry details.
Consult a qualified health professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medicines, have a medical condition or are giving a product to a child. Do not exceed the stated use. Keep out of reach of children.
3 Orders, availability and acceptance
Showing a product on the website is not an offer to sell it. Ordering may not be open for every product at all times, and a product may be withdrawn or become unavailable. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any amount paid for the items we cannot supply, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
4 Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). The price and any applicable tax and delivery charge are shown at checkout before you confirm the purchase. Payment is taken through the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not ask you to share an OTP, UPI PIN, card security code or password with us.
5 Delivery, returns and refunds
We currently deliver to serviceable addresses in India only. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, product complaints, returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6 Your use of the website
Please give accurate information when you order or contact us. Do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy its content, images or labels for commercial use without our written permission. Trademarks, product names, text and images on the website belong to DAAK or their respective owners.
7 Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8 Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate, but it may contain errors or be unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the website or from reliance on general product information, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9 Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms for future use of the website and orders. The version published when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
